What means of payment are available?


Payment can be made through the Credit Card system, PayPal & MB reference and MB WAY.




Do you have a physical store?


Yes, we have our atelier and showroom where you can get a close-up view of the production of our bags and buy. You can use the GoogleMaps by adding in the search:

What is the duration and endurance of a Victoria handmade bag?


Our bags have the same limitations and resistance as any other leather purse, cork or any other common material. They are bags for all the year without any limitation in the season Autumn / Winter, all our pieces are waterproof - protected against the water, not damaging anything in the interior. It can pick up as much rain as a leather bag can, being the durability of a Victoria handmade bag equivalent to any other purse kind.




How much weight can a Victoria Handmade hold?


Our bags carry a lot of weight - probably more weight than ourselves can. Being that the Traditional Portuguese Basket was a piece to take to the market in order to transport grocery stores, and since the material and procedures that Victoria Handmade performs remain the same, a purse of ours can handle all the weight a person can take daily - and more.




Does my bag have a warranty?


Yes, your Victoria Handmade has a 3 month manufacturing defect warranty. It means that any manufacturing defects will be our responsibility to ensure the restoration. This warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use or poor storage over time.




Can I restored my bag?


Yes, we have the restoration service where 95% of the cases we can restore your piece when it wears out over the years. Please email info@victoria-handmade.com explaining the damage and send pictures of the same so we can find out the associated costs.




Do you restore baskets that are not yours?


We are soft hearts and we cannot say no. Although it is not a piece of ours, it is still a Portuguese basket where our legacy is put into practice. Be sure to send photos of the piece to the email:

Do you make exchanges and returns?


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the items you found inside the box (namely: the piece, nonwoven bag, 1 metal ''foot'' and the beeswax jar). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for products that have been personalize. How much are the shipping costs?


The shipping costs of your Victoria Handmade bag are free worldwide.




How long will my order take to be shipped?


Please note that taking into account the hight quality of craftsmanship we work with and in order to respect all WHO care, orders are currently taking between 3 and 10 business days. (Please note that this is a forecast, and some unforeseen circumstances arising from artisanal production may happen, but if so, you will be notified.)

After shipped, usually delivered in Portugal on the next business day.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the shipment online.




Where do you ship to?


Victoria handmade are shipped to Portugal, all countries inside and outside of Europe, Asian Countries and Rest of World. We already ship to places like India, Brasil, Hong Kong, Mexico, etc, and all went well. Which carrier delivers my order?


The delivery of your order is made from the carrier CTT Portugal, always in registered mail. This Carrier company have an international line and partnerships with all local carriers around the globe, ensuring shipping worldwide.




Do I have a way to track the shipment status?


Yes, you can follow the journey of your Victoria handmade through a code that will be provided to you shortly after the shipment of your order.





Covid-19

Can I visit your store?


Yes, you can visit us from monday to saturday (10am - 1pm / 2:30pm - 6pm) but with the mandatory use of a mask. We have available disinfectant gel for you to use before, during and after the service. What are the precautions in the production of the pieces you are taking against Covid-19?


All team working for you, is having care on the production of your bag: > Taking all necessary hygiene precautions to protect all the products; > Regular hand washing upon arriving to work and between activities and contact; > Space cleaning performed daily more than once a day and whenever necessary; > Closely monitoring any signs of symptoms every single day;




With all this, how long are the pieces taking to be shipped?


Please note that taking into account the hight quality of craftsmanship we work with and in order to respect all WHO care, orders are currently taking longer to ship than normal: between 3 and 10 working days. Is your carrier complying with the delivery time?


We are currently working with Ctt Express for Portugal, which guarantees delivery on the next business day after dispatch. Most of them are doing what they promised, save for the exception that it may take two business days if something unusual happens. For shipping inside and outside of Europe, we send them by CTT carrier that have an international line and partnerships with all local carriers around the globe. We choose a registered shipping method that allows online tracking. For this international shipping we know that some delays are happen due to services restrictions. However we already ship to USA, UK, Spain, Germany and Switzerland, for example, after covid-19 be installed, and all them have been delivered although it took a few more days than usual in the past. Any way we will be checking them closely online with the tracking number.




I received my order, should I take any precautions?


At the time you receive your order direcly to your door - with the exception of absence at the address indicates and have to go to the post office to pick it up - here we leave some indications when receiving your order from the postman: - As indicated by WHO, when receiving your package, do not touch your hands in your face; - Discard the packaging after removing the contents; - Wash or disinfect hands thoroughly at the end.
